A production Supervisor in the paint department, for my previous background in industries, oversaw the production lines of UV rays. - where I have knowledge in work with UV Machines. and have experience in electroplating and electrostatic coatings. and in my main core job: - Responsible of all the production process for painting department. - Control raw material consumption and validate the painting materials. - Follow up the control tools and techniques to maintain the quality level of painting process. - Supervise the Paintings team through the work planning and guide them to achieve more and more . - and Follow up with warehouse department in providing required supplies and materials. - Preparing the corrective and preventive measures necessary for the painting department to achieve the company's objectives. - Communicate and resolve any problems related to paintings with all concerned departments to ensure smooth work operations. - Supporting all the reports and dashboard required by the management on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis. - Lead the Paintings team through the planning and allocation of work. - Monitor their performance standards & guides them to achieve their KPI’s. - Maintain a good work procedures & seeks for the best practices & continuous improvement..
