Civil Engineer graduated from the University of technology in 2003 from building and construction engineering department. I worked in the field of construction and interior decoration during my university studies.After graduation, I specialized in carrying out construction works, following up on electrical and mechanical works, finishing works, decoration and furniture.After executing many work sites, I managed work teams in various disciplines. I worked in the field of preparing designs, schedules of work quantities, pricing them, and determining completion rates During that time, I took over the management of the property and building maintenance department in one of the largest banking institutions in Iraq. During my professional career, I took a course in Health, Safety and Fire Affairs Coordinator in the Kingdom of Jordan. And I got a course in crisis and disaster management from the National Center for Studies and Research in Baghdad، I worked in various governorates of Iraq, whether with my own work or for the institution. During which I worked as a real estate appraiser in addition to the business that I manage and head of the committee for detection, estimation, purchases and many committees. At the beginning of 2021, I worked as a manager of the administrative department and human resources in another banking institution. Currently, I work as a director of marketing and public relations and managing corporate and banking relations in a commercial company. I have excellent experience in various construction and real estate development works, in addition to investment marketing for real estate and managing electronic investment portfolios such as selling, buying and developing real estate and various products.
